Something wrong with a book?
While reading, tap the page to show the controls, then tap the bell icon at the top (Report a problem with this story). If anything in a book feels upsetting or unsafe, choose Something upsetting or unsafe: that goes straight to a person. If a book you paid for never arrives, or a fault can’t be fixed with a repaint, we remake it or refund that book.
Purchases and refunds
- Story packs are one-time purchases. They never auto-renew.
- iPhone (App Store): refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android (Google Play): see Google Play’s refund policy. For PayU purchases, write to us.
- If a pack is refunded, the books from it that haven’t arrived yet are cancelled. Books you already have stay in your library.
Your data
You can delete your account, your family’s photos and every book at any time from Settings → Delete Account, or ask us to do it. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who helps us make the books.
