These terms cover your use of the Kadhai Kutty app and this website. By using Kadhai Kutty you agree to them.

The service

Kadhai Kutty generates personalised illustrated bedtime stories for your child, in your family’s language. The stories and artwork are created with AI. Each character is a watercolour-style illustration inspired by a person — it is not a photograph or a deep-fake.

Accounts & parental consent

A parent or guardian aged 18 or over must set up the account and give consent before any child profile is created. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Payments

• Your first story is free.
• Story packs (Mini Pack and Full Season) are one-time purchases — never a subscription. Nothing auto-renews.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change for future purchases.

Your content & ownership

The stories and artwork generated for your family are for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment and keepsake use. You keep the photos and details you provide; you grant us permission to use them only to create your stories, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Availability & disclaimers

We work hard to make each night’s story delightful, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Generated stories are creative works and may vary.
